Beautiful blooms and exhibition display, fabulous plants, produce, preserves and raffles for sale, workshops and a cafe.

Event times for public:

• Saturday 24 August 12.00noon - 5.00pm

• Sunday 25 August 10.00am - 3.00pm

Admission: Adults $5, children free

Information for exhibitors
 

Entries: The general public, all school, and community gardeners are welcome to exhibit free of charge.

​

General Exhibitor entries may be staged at the following times:

• Friday 23 August from 4.00pm to 9.30pm.

• Saturday 24 August from 7.00am to 9.30am.

• Please note: Any entries staged after 10.00am on the Saturday are liable to be classed as EXHIBITION ONLY.

• Judging will start promptly at 10.00am on Saturday.
   

Venue access for exhibitors: Entry to the Performing Arts Studio for the purpose of bringing in entries must be done through the

loading bay into the Performing Arts Studio on Norrie Street.
 

Exhibitor Number: Once inside the venue, go to the Exhibitors’ Table to select your exhibitor number if you have not done

already got one. Take one entry slip for each of your exhibits. Copy your name and exhibitor number onto the entry slip. When

you display your exhibit, fold your entry slip so that your name is not visible to the judge.
